Treatment Exclusions
- Clients under 16, unless otherwise specified by the wHydrate Medical team
- Recent heart attack within the last 6 months
- Active Liver Cirrhosis
- Chronic Kidney Disease 3+
- Acute Heart Failure
- Vital signs that fall outside of wHydrate's approved parameters
- Final eligibility is determined by the evaluating provider, and services may be modified or declined based on clinical discretion.
*Please note that if you wish to receive services despite being ineligible per wHydrate policy, wHydrate can accept orders from your primary physician. Please contact your local clinic if you would like information on this process.*
Additional Requirements
- If age 16 or 17 parent or guardian sign off is required
- Pregnant clients require a note from their OBGYN for services
- If breastfeeding or undergoing fertility treatment, only plain fluids are permitted without a doctor's note
